Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sr. Director, Technology BU Interface – International, based in Leeds or Singapore, to lead technology strategy and portfolio across EMEA, APAC, LATAM and beyond.

The role reports into DePuy Synthes Technology leadership and requires shaping regional technology priorities, governance, and delivery while aligning with enterprise standards and cybersecurity requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in IT, digital transformation, or related leadership roles.
• Minimum 7 years of senior leadership experience leading global teams.
• Proven end-to-end technology leadership across multiple functions and regions.
• Experience partnering with senior executives to shape priorities and investments.
• Strong communication, influence, and governance skills.
