Job summary
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sr. Director, Technology BU Interface – International, to lead technology strategy and portfolio governance across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and emerging markets.
Based in Singapore or Leeds, you’ll drive end-to-end technology execution, alignment with enterprise standards, and regional digital enablement for commercial, supply chain, and manufacturing functions. You will partner with regional leadership to translate business strategy into roadmaps and investments,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
- Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- Minimum 15 years IT, digital transformation, or related leadership experience.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technology strategy and regional execution for international markets.
- Partner with CTO, CISO and enterprise teams to ensure secure, standardized delivery.
- Lead demand management, portfolio health and executive governance for regional tech initiatives.
- Drive adoption of digital, data and AI capabilities aligned with regional growth priorities.
- Mentor and develop technology talent across the international region.
