Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sr. Director, Technology BU Interface – International, to lead end-to-end technology strategy across International regions.

Based in Singapore, you will partner with regional leadership to shape demand, governance and value realization across Commercial, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and R&D functions. You will drive digital, data and AI initiatives, ensure secure and scalable operations, and manage standalone readiness during the company’s separation efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in IT, digital transformation or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional, multi-region technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead end-to-end technology strategy for international regions.
• Partner with executive leadership to shape technology roadmaps and investments.
• Drive portfolio governance, risk management and value realization across regions.
• Oversee separation/standalone readiness and TSA considerations.
