Job summary
DePuy Synthes is seeking a Sr. Director, Technology BU Interface – International, based in Singapore. The role leads regional technology strategy, portfolio governance and execution across the international value chain to enable growth and operational excellence.
You will partner with regional leadership and enterprise technology to deliver secure, scalable technology solutions, balancing localization with enterprise standards and Day-1/Day-2 readiness for standalone operations.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in IT, digital transformation, operations or related leadership roles.
- 7+ years of senior leadership experience with global cross-functional teams.
- End-to-end technology leader across multiple functions (Commercial, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, R&D).
- Experience partnering with senior executives to shape priorities and enterprise-scale outcomes.
- Strong governance, risk management and financial stewardship skills.
Responsibilities
- Own regional technology demand management, portfolio health and governance.
- Lead end-to-end technology strategy and execution across international regions.
- Partner with global technology teams to ensure secure, reliable delivery.
- Build roadmaps and investment priorities aligned with regional growth.
