Qualifications

• Recognised Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 0–2 years of full-time work experience as of 31st October 2026.
• Familiar with games and player behaviour through personal gameplay or related experience.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 2-year rotational program across core business units.
• Engage with senior leadership for mentorship during at least one rotation.
• Contribute to high-impact projects in game design, product management, AI, and marketing.
