Job summary

ION Group is seeking high-potential graduates for its Leadership Development Program in Singapore. Analysts rotate across diverse areas, including Product Management, Account Management, Implementation Consulting, Data Operations, and Editorial, during the first 18 months.

You will gain exposure to ION’s core capabilities and work with senior mentors to build a broad FinTech skill set. After rotations, analysts transition to a deep dive in one area, with opportunities to relocate for subsequent

Qualifications

• 2:1 or above (or equivalent)
• STEM, Business, or Economics degrees preferred
• Demonstrated leadership potential in and out of the classroom
• Passion for learning, self-improvement, and a questioning mindset
• Motivated self-starter who is proactive and enthusiastic

Responsibilities

• Conduct strategic assessment of sales and trading workflows to standardize processes
• Manage marketing and user experience for new ION product including brand strategy
• Analyze data and conduct user interviews to improve sharing features across analytics products
• Support project management with activity reports and client status calls on multi-million-dollar projects
• Prepare internal and client-facing presentations and analyses
• Take ownership of projects and manage deadlines
• Automate and simplify complex processes internally and for customers
