Job summary

ION’s Leadership Development Program (LDP) offers a 18-month rotation across core capabilities, starting in your home city with potential second/third rotations at other locations. You will work on diverse projects and gain exposure to product management, account management, sales, data operations, and more.

Analysts will start with an induction, take ownership of meaningful projects, and be mentored while developing critical skills to become future leaders in the fintech industry.

Qualifications

• Graduating in 2026 with a STEM, business, or economics focus is preferred.
• 2:1 or higher class degree is required.
• Demonstrated leadership potential in and out of the classroom.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and curiosity to understand the “why”.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
• Prepare internal and client-facing presentations and analyses.
• Take ownership of projects and meet deadlines.
• Support rotation assignments across multiple ION divisions.
