Job summary

ION is launching a Leadership Development Program (LDP) designed for recent graduates to jumpstart a global FinTech career. Analysts rotate across a broad range of core capabilities, shaping future leaders through structured, 18-month rotations.

Rotations include product management, account management, sales management, implementation consulting, data operations, pre-sales, editorial, and research. The program offers global exposure with placements in multiple cities and potential cross-location

Qualifications

• 2026 graduation
• 2:1 or above
• STEM, Business, or Economics degrees preferred, and/or demonstrable interest in finance and / or technology, ideally including work experience
• Demonstrated leadership potential both in and out of the classroom
• Passion for learning, self-improvement, and a questioning and challenging mindset
• Motivated self-starter who is proactive, enthusiastic, and passionate about what they do
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the desire to understand the “why” behind each problem
