ION's Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a foundational global initiative that helps graduates start a career in a fast-paced FinTech firm.

Analysts complete 18 months across diverse 6-month rotations, exploring roles from Product Management to Data Operations, before deep-diving into a chosen area. The program is offered in multiple cities including Singapore and other global locations.

Qualifications

• 2026 graduation required.
• 2:1 or above class required.
• STEM, Business, or Economics degrees preferred, and/or demonstrable interest in finance/tech.
• Demonstrated leadership potential in and out of the classroom.
• Passion for learning, self-improvement, and a questioning mindset.
• Motivated self-starter who is proactive and enthusiastic.
• Strong problem-solving and curiosity about underlying causes.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.
• Prepare internal and client-facing presentations and analyses.
