Job summary

Central Provident Fund (CPF) is seeking graduates for its NextGen Technology Programme. As a Graduate Technology Consultant, you will join a cohort designed to nurture future technology leaders through mentorship, structured rotations, and hands-on projects across national ICT initiatives.

You will experience training in application development, cloud computing, ICT infrastructure, cybersecurity, DevSecOps, and robotics, with a 2+2 year pathway including a Junior Term and Senior Term before

Qualifications

• Singapore Citizen or PR; fresh IT graduates or ≤2 years’ experience.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate with stakeholders.
• Agile mindset with willingness to learn and apply new skills.
• Empathy and service-minded approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support national ICT projects empowering citizens.
• Explore opportunities across App Development, Cloud, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, DevSecOps, and Robotics/Automation.
• Gain on-the-job training and a structured leadership development programme.
