Job summary

TRIGYN TECHNOLOGIES offers a contractual opportunity for an IT Graduate Associate to gain exposure across multiple ITD teams in Singapore. The role includes infrastructure support, cybersecurity operations, systems and service delivery, data analytics, and participation in rotational assignments to broaden both technical and generalist IT experience.

The program emphasizes learning and development, mentorship, and exposure to mission-critical IT projects in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a first-level university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• Demonstrated academic excellence and strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills in English (both oral and written)
• Agile mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management and maintenance of clients IT infrastructure including servers, network, cloud platforms, end-user devices, and enterprise tools among others
• Participate in IT asset lifecycle planning, including procurement, deployment, configuration, and retirement of hardware
• Collaborate with engineers on systems patching, backups, monitoring, incident resolution, and problem resolution
• Design, implement, and optimize automation processes that improve operational efficiency
• Support cybersecurity frameworks by performing compliance checks, vulnerability assessments, and log reviews
• Contribute to incident response workflows, access control audits, and endpoint protection activities
• Use IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) to track service requests and support ticket resolution
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely resolution of technical issues
• Document IT procedures, workflows, and user guides to enhance team efficiency
• Contribute to dashboards, reports, and analytics to support decision-making
• Use basic tools (e.g., Power Platform, Excel, Power BI) to automate simple tasks and visualize data
• Identify areas for operational improvement and suggest or prototype digital solutions
• Assist in the delivery of IT-related projects and services across business and technical domains
• Participate in rotational assignments within ITD (e.g., digital innovation, cybersecurity, vendor management, project delivery, IT business operations, governance, and procurement)
• Support the implementation and testing of IT systems and solutions
• Assist with data analysis, report generation, procurement and contract support, or documentation
• Collaborate with staff and stakeholders to understand business needs and propose appropriate technology or operational solutions
• Participate in learning and development activities organized by the agency or
• Mentorship and career development guidance from agency representatives, supervisors and mentors
• Networking opportunities within client location and its development partner community
