Job summary

jc consulting is seeking a commercially minded Talent Acquisition professional to partner with our business as we grow and develop new capabilities. The role blends strategic talent planning with hands-on execution in an international setting.

You will map the external talent market, engage high-impact talent, and lead end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer, while building long-term pipelines and advising leaders on hiring strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, Talent Intelligence, or a closely related talent-focused role.
• Experience recruiting across different levels of seniority, with the ability to engage and assess both mid-level and senior professionals.
• Strong talent mapping, market research, and proactive sourcing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand business priorities, organizational direction, and evolving talent needs.
• Act as a trusted talent advisor by providing market insights, talent intelligence, and recommendations on hiring strategies.
• Develop proactive talent acquisition strategies rather than relying solely on inbound applications or active job searches.
• Conduct talent mapping and market research to identify relevant talent pools, competitors, and potential future candidates.
• Proactively identify, engage, and build relationships with high‑caliber talent, including senior and niche professionals.
• Lead and support executive search and talent scouting efforts for critical and business‑impacting roles.
• Work closely with new and existing business leaders to understand team-building requirements and help shape talent strategies as new functions or capabilities are developed.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, stakeholder management, and offer coordination.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and provide a high‑quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Develop and maintain long‑term talent pipelines for key and recurring hiring needs.
• Partner with internal HR stakeholders and other functions to ensure hiring plans are aligned with broader organizational and workforce priorities.
• Leverage recruitment data, market insights, and talent trends to continuously improve hiring strategies and decision‑making.
• Support the development and improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and talent intelligence capabilities as the organization continues to scale.
