Job summary

JC Consulting is seeking a Recruitment Intern to support Executive Search & Talent Research across Singapore and the region. You will research companies, industries and talent pools for live search assignments, identifying candidates and engaging professionals in a hands-on internship.

You'll work closely with consultants to shortlist candidates, draft outreach messages, and build candidate profiles in our CRM while learning market mapping and recruitment sales skills.

Qualifications

• Interest in recruitment and HR.
• Experience with research is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research companies, industries and talent pools for live search assignments.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter and databases to identify potential candidates.
• Build candidate profiles and maintain CRM data accuracy.
• Draft personalized outreach messages and support candidate follow-ups.
• Conduct first-round screening calls to assess experience and fit.
• Collaborate with consultants to shortlist candidates and develop search strategies.
• Support market research and candidate mapping for specialised roles.
