Qualifications

• 5 years of recruitment experience in-house, agency, or RPO environments.
• Ability to identify, engage, and attract talent across functions.
• Experience with market mapping, diversity hiring, and candidate relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Talent Acquisition partner for assigned Service Lines, delivering recruitment support and timely hiring outcomes.
• Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition and sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
• Advise leadership with market intelligence, talent insights, and workforce planning recommendations.
• Build partnerships to understand priorities, anticipate needs, and develop proactive recruitment solutions.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes with compliance to standards and policies.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future opportunities.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the journey.
• Leverage networking and relationships to strengthen talent attraction.
• Represent the organization at recruitment events and career fairs to enhance employer branding.
• Track metrics and provide reporting with insights for improvement.
