Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, TA APAC to lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategy across Asia-Pacific from Shanghai, Australia, or Singapore. You will partner with senior leaders to build diverse, high-quality pipelines and ensure compliant, engaging candidate experiences across regions.

The role requires 10 years in TA, with 5+ years in leadership, and strong APAC experience. Mandarin/Japanese and travel up to 20% are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology or related field.
• 10 years of progressive TA experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience leading regional or multi-market recruitment in APAC; strong stakeholder management.
• Preferred: experience recruiting in Orthopaedics/MedTech/Healthcare; familiarity with APAC labor markets.
• Fluent English; Mandarin and Japanese strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC talent acquisition strategy and delivery across the region.
• Manage and develop TA team members and foster performance and growth.
• Partner with senior leaders to align recruiting plans with business priorities.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment across APAC: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding.
• Ensure inclusive, high-quality candidate experience across APAC/EMEA markets.
• Monitor recruiting metrics to improve speed, quality and cost of hire.
• Oversee recruiters and vendor management with a focus on compliance and data privacy.
• Drive process improvements and leverage technology to optimize TA operations.
