Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to offer.
• Experience in a recruitment agency, RPO, or multi-client environment preferred.
• Confident managing multiple vacancies and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate-assessment skills.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and common recruitment platforms.
• Clear written and verbal communication; highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients across industries.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and agree on recruitment approaches.
• Write inclusive job descriptions and candidate communications.
• Source candidates via direct outreach, job boards, referrals, networks, and other channels.
• Screen candidates and provide evidence-based recommendations.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, references and offers; maintain workflow.
• Provide a positive, professional candidate experience throughout.
