The Talent Acquisition Partner will closely partner with business teams and scale the organization by recruiting global talent, managing end-to-end hiring, and driving process improvements across the recruiting lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; at least 3 years of recruiting experience.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with high interpersonal sensitivity and influence.
• Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills; open-minded and committed to continuous learning and growth.
• Result-oriented, taking pride in every effort and outcome, and committed to building deep expertise in the recruiting field.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruiting; define hiring needs with stakeholders.
• Optimize recruiting process; resume screening, interviews, offers, data analysis.
• Use market mapping and sourcing intelligence to identify top talent.
• Lead campus recruiting and referral / internal mobility programs.
• Train interviewers and support recruiting projects.
