Job summary

ByteDance PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Program Partner to advance Talent Acquisition operations and scalable processes across markets. You will own end-to-end recruiting process programs, partner with Employment Legal, Systems, and HR Operations, and drive governance and change management.

You will identify pain points, implement enhancements through process changes and automation, and monitor health signals to improve efficiency and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition operations, program/process management or related roles.
• Strong understanding of recruiting workflows and operational dependencies across the hiring lifecycle.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional operational initiatives from problem definition through implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and operational problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end implementation of recruiting process and operational programs with a strong focus on compliance-related initiatives.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Employment Legal, Systems, HR Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable workflows.
• Lead operational readiness for new process rollouts including governance, documentation, communications, and change management.
• Identify recurring operational pain points and drive durable improvements through process changes, automation, or workflow enhancements.
• Monitor operational health signals and recurrent themes to surface risks and improve workflow usability and scalability.
