Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers, HRBPs, sourcers, and stakeholders to understand talent needs and deliver hiring results.
• Mentor talent sourcers, including hiring, training, and motivating the team.
• Identify and attract top-tier talent through diverse channels and partnerships.
• Drive a high-quality hiring process with excellent candidate experience and stakeholder alignment.
• Leverage data, market insights, and AI tools to improve hiring performance.
• Act as an employer branding advocate and promote collaboration across teams.
