HSBC Life (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to drive end-to-end recruitment across the organization in Singapore.

You will partner with hiring managers to define workforce needs, design recruitment strategies and coordinate sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding. The role requires strong stakeholder management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies concurrently.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Proven track record in managing end-to-end recruitment independently.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
• Proactive, organised and results-oriented.
• Experience in financial services or insurance is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding coordination
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, hiring priorities and timelines
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners
• Monitor recruitment progress, maintain hiring dashboards and provide regular updates to management
• Identify and resolve recruitment challenges to ensure timely hiring
• Drive improvements in recruitment processes and candidate experience
• Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and Singapore employment regulations;Support broader HR initiatives and projects as required
