Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring criteria, skill profiles, and selection standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, employees, and internal stakeholders.
• Execute structured recruitment processes to ensure high-quality and timely hiring outcomes.
• Leverage multiple sourcing platforms to attract a diverse and qualified talent pool.
