Job summary

TikTok is seeking a senior recruiter to partner with HRBPs and hiring managers in Singapore and across our global teams. You will own end-to-end recruitment, assess experience and culture fit, and drive interview and offer processes.

You will leverage networks to attract diverse, ambitious talent, negotiate compensation, and ensure a high-touch candidate experience from application to close. Prior tech or business experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience building and executing robust recruitment processes.
• Passionate about delivering a great candidate experience, regardless of outcome.
• Entrepreneurial and creative problem-solving ability with initiative to find solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HRBPs and hiring managers to align sourcing and hiring with TikTok people strategies.
• Assess talent requirements and fulfill hiring plans with business timelines.
• Leverage networks to attract experienced, diverse candidates.
• Screen and select candidates for experience and culture fit within TikTok.
• Support initiatives with Trust & Safety and other recruiting teams to scale operations.
• Provide a high-touch candidate experience from application through offer, including reference checks and salary recommendations.
