Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong customer focus with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience in process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Effective communication across diverse and multicultural audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Proficiency in Chinese is required to communicate with stakeholders in China.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply T&E processes and global policies across business units.
• Manage a workbench of exceptions from an automated auditing tool.
• Analyze employee expense submissions and receipts using logic and prudence.
• Ensure submissions comply with company policies and procedures.
• Educate employees on policies and Koch Principles through exceptions.
• Identify high-risk patterns that could indicate fraud or misuse.
• Differentiate between abuse and negligence in expense handling.
• Conduct pre-audit on T&E expenses for the APAC region.
• Manage personal expense recovery and reimbursement for China employees.
• Manage corporate card requests and inquiries; ensure policy interpretation.
• Coordinate KYC requirements and governance for card programs.
• Communicate clearly with cardholders and supervisors; handle delinquency processes.
