Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced T&E Auditor to review and audit employee travel and expense claims, ensuring policy compliance across APAC.

The role requires 3 years in T&E or related finance, strong communication, and familiarity with automation/analytics tools such as Power Automate, Power BI, Power Query, and Alteryx. You will also manage card workflows and support process improvements and onboarding of new entities.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in travel & expense, finance, or related function.
• Experience auditing expense claims and enforcing policy compliance.
• Exposure to automation and analytics tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and audit employee travel and expense claims to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Identify irregularities, potential fraud and misuse of company funds.
• Conduct pre-audits of expense claims across the APAC region.
• Manage corporate card applications, terminations, credit limit adjustments and related enquiries.
• Handle expense reimbursements, personal expense recovery and outstanding card balances.
• Assist employees with travel bookings, expense submissions and policy-related enquiries.
• Coordinate KYC requirements and ensure compliance with corporate card programme guidelines.
• Support process improvements, automation initiatives and onboarding of new business entities.
• Liaise with regional stakeholders and provide support on T&E-related matters.
