Job summary

GMP RECRUITMENT SERVICES (S) PTE LTD is seeking a governance-focused professional to establish and maintain APAC TSG governance frameworks across technology and operations. The role involves assessing risks, coordinating audit readiness, and driving improvements across multiple teams and locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT governance, risk management, compliance, or service management within IT infrastructure or operations environments.
• Knowledge of IT governance frameworks, risk management principles, internal controls, compliance requirements, and IT infrastructure operations.
• Experience in risk and control assessments, issue management, audit support, remediation tracking, and control effectiveness reviews.
• Experience developing or standardising governance processes, operational controls, evidence requirements, risk indicators, and management reporting across multiple teams or locations.
• Working knowledge of IT infrastructure services, operational risk management, root-cause analysis, and process improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain regional APAC TSG governance frameworks, processes, accountabilities, escalation paths, and minimum control requirements.
• Identify, assess, monitor, and remediate technology and operational risks, control weaknesses, and compliance issues across TSG services.
• Coordinate audit readiness, control reviews, red-team exercises, penetration tests, evidence collection, and remediation tracking to closure.
• Standardise regional TSG processes, controls, and evidence requirements while accommodating justified local regulatory and operational requirements.
• Monitor governance effectiveness and coordinate with branch representatives, service owners, risk, security, and audit teams to drive control improvements and consistent service delivery.
