Job summary

PERSOL is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Integration Program Manager to support Spares supplier onboarding for L2C Integration Phase 4. You will coordinate cross-functional readiness, manage supplier and logistics dependencies, track milestones and escalate risks to ensure go-live readiness and business continuity.

This role requires strong cross-team collaboration across global teams and a focus on execution without direct authority.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations or a related field.
5+ years of project management experience in supply chain or related programmes.
Experience managing cross-functional workplans, RAID logs and milestone tracking.
Experience in a matrixed global environment with multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage an integrated project plan for supplier onboarding across L2C Phase 4.
Coordinate onboarding activities with suppliers, logistics providers and depots.
Facilitate cross-functional alignment across Supply Chain, IT, Finance and Operations.
Track readiness across process, data, systems and logistics requirements.
Maintain a single source of truth for onboarding status and milestones.
Drive recurring workstream meetings and assign owners with follow-ups.
Build onboarding playbooks, readiness checklists and RAID logs.
Identify risks and readiness gaps that may impact Phase 4 delivery.
Escalate blockers with clear options and recommended steps.
Coordinate with testing, UAT, cutover and HyperCare teams.
