Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Supply Chain Integration Program Manager to support supplier onboarding and integration within a large-scale Lead-to-Cash transformation program.

You will coordinate cross-functional readiness activities for Spares supplier onboarding and manage supplier and logistics dependencies. You will work across Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Service, Support, supplier management, logistics, depot operations, and business process teams to ensure suppliers are prepared

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in supply chain, operations, transformation, supplier onboarding, logistics, service supply chain, or related integration programs.
• Strong experience managing cross-functional project plans, action logs, RAID logs, decision records, stakeholder meetings, and milestone tracking.
• Experience working in a global, matrixed environment with multiple workstreams and phased program delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage an integrated project plan for Spares supplier onboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding activities across multiple L2C integration phases and manage cross-phase dependencies.
• Track milestones, deliverables, actions, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
• Maintain a single source of truth for supplier onboarding status and overall readiness.
• Facilitate recurring workstream meetings, document outcomes, assign owners, and drive timely closure of actions.
• Develop onboarding playbooks, readiness checklists, dependency maps, RAID logs, decision logs, and escalation trackers.
