Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Project Manager to lead the Supply Chain Integration and supplier onboarding efforts, coordinating across IT, Finance, Service and logistics teams to ensure smooth go-live for the L2C Integration Phase 4.

You will develop integrated project plans, manage RAID logs and milestones, oversee onboarding with suppliers, depots, logistics providers and returns partners, and drive readiness across data, inventory and fulfilment while reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations or related discipline.
• 5+ years of project management experience in supply chain, transformation, logistics, supplier onboarding or integration programmes.
• Strong Supply Chain Integration and Supplier Onboarding experience.
• Experience managing project plans, RAID logs, milestones, dependencies and executive reporting.
• Knowledge of L2C integration, service parts/spares planning, repair, returns and logistics operations.
• Experience with Oracle Planning Cloud and Baxter/Servigistics Service-Parts Planning environment advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Able to influence without direct authority and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced global environment.
• PMP, CAPM, Agile or Lean Six Sigma certification advantageous.

• Drive stakeholder meetings, follow-ups and timely closure of action items.

Working hours: 8.30am to 6pm (Mon - Fri)
