Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Manager to lead the onboarding of spare suppliers for the L2C Integration Phase 4.

You will manage cross-functional activities across Supply Chain, IT, Finance, and Service, tracking readiness, milestones, risks, and actions to ensure a successful go-live. The role requires at least 5 years of PM experience in supply chain or transformation projects, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in supply chain, logistics, or transformation projects.
• Experience managing project plans, RAID logs, stakeholder communications, and executive reporting.
• Certification: PMP, CAPM, Agile, Lean Six Sigma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project plan for supplier onboarding across L2C Integration Phase 4.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for suppliers, logistics providers, depots, and partners.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Service, Operations.
• Track supplier readiness, milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items.
• Facilitate project meetings, monitor progress, and close actions timely.
• Maintain governance artifacts including RAID logs and readiness checklists.
• Identify and elevate project risks, resource constraints, and onboarding issues.
• Support testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live readiness activities.
• Prepare leadership updates, status reports, and executive presentations.
• Ensure governance, change management, and operational handover requirements.

Job Description Summary

The Project Manager will lead Spares supplier onboarding for L2C Integration Phase 4 by managing project plans, coordinating cross-functional activities, tracking supplier readiness, and mitigating risks. The role ensures successful onboarding, stakeholder alignment, business continuity, and go-live readiness across multiple L2C phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the end-to-end project plan for supplier onboarding across L2C Integration Phase 4.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for suppliers, logistics providers, depots, repair and returns partners.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Service, Operations, and external partners.
• Track supplier readiness, milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items.
• Facilitate project meetings, monitor progress, and ensure timely closure of actions.
• Maintain project governance artifacts including project plans, RAID logs, decision logs, and readiness checklists.
• Identify and elevate project risks, resource constraints, and onboarding issues.
• Support testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live readiness activities.
• Prepare leadership updates, status reports, and executive presentations.
• Ensure compliance with project governance, change management, and operational handover requirements.
• Recommend process and reporting improvements to enhance project execution and stakeholder visibility.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in supply chain, logistics, supplier onboarding, operations, or transformation projects.
• Experience managing project plans, RAID logs, stakeholder communications, executive reporting, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven ability to work in complex, global, and fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders.
• PMP, CAPM, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certification preferred.
