This is an ideal opportunity for a project/program management professional with strong Supply Chain Integration and supplier onboarding experience, who is comfortable working across global, matrixed teams and driving execution without direct authority.
Develop, maintain and manage an integrated project plan for Spares supplier onboarding across L2C Integration Phase 4, including dependencies from overlapping Phase 1, Phase 2 and Phase 3 activities.
Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities for suppliers, logistics service providers, depots, repair suppliers, returns providers and other external partners required to support Spares operations.

Maintain a single source of truth for supplier onboarding status, milestones, issues, risks, dependencies, decisions and open actions.
Drive recurring workstream meetings, document outcomes, assign owners, track follow-ups and ensure actions are closed on time.
Build and manage onboarding playbooks, supplier sequencing plans, readiness checklists, dependency maps, RAID logs, decision logs and escalation trackers.
Identify cross-phase conflicts, schedule risks, resource constraints and readiness gaps that may impact Phase 4 delivery or business continuity.
Escalate blockers and decisions in a timely, fact-based manner with clear options, impacts, owners and recommended next steps.
Partner with testing, UAT, cutover and HyperCare teams to ensure supplier onboarding activities are aligned with technical readiness, business readiness and go-live criteria.
Support leadership-ready status updates, executive summaries, milestone reports, SteerCo materials and decision-support content.
Coordinate supplier communication readiness, including onboarding expectations, timelines, documentation needs, process changes and operational handoff requirements.
Ensure onboarding activities are aligned with overall L2C integration governance, stage-gate expectations, change management plans and workstream priorities.
Monitor completion of onboarding deliverables and ensure required artefacts are captured, validated and available for audit, transition or operational handoff.
Support transition from interim processes to optimised Phase 4 capabilities by tracking deferred decisions, open dependencies and post-go-live stabilisation actions.
Proactively recommend process, governance and reporting improvements to increase transparency, reduce execution risk and improve stakeholder accountability.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations or a related field. Equivalent education and relevant experience may also be considered.
5+ years of project management experience in supply chain, operations, transformation, supplier onboarding, logistics, service supply chain or related integration programmes.
Strong experience managing cross-functional workplans, action logs, RAID logs, decision tracking, stakeholder cadence, executive reporting and milestone tracking.
Demonstrated experience working in a matrixed global environment with multiple workstreams, phased programme delivery, competing priorities and time-sensitive dependencies.
Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving transformation environments with overlapping phases and changing dependencies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create concise leadership updates and action-oriented summaries.
