Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Supply Chain Integration Program Manager to lead Spares supplier onboarding for L2C Integration Phase 4. You will coordinate cross-functional readiness, track dependencies, and maintain onboarding plans to ensure go-live readiness and business continuity.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience in supply chain or related integration programs, strong governance and stakeholder management, and proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations or related field.
“5+ years of project management experience in supply chain, operations or related integration programs.”
Experience managing cross-functional workplans, action logs, RAID logs, and executive reporting.
Experience with project plans, status reporting, stakeholder cadence, and milestone tracking.
Ability to operate in a matrixed global environment with multiple workstreams and overlapping phases.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and manage an integrated project plan for Spares supplier onboarding across L2C Integration Phase 4.
Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities for suppliers, logistics providers, depots, and other partners.
Facilitate cross-functional alignment across Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Service, and Operations.
Track supplier readiness against process, data, finance, trading structure, and logistics requirements.
Maintain a single source of truth for onboarding status, milestones, issues, and decisions.
Drive recurring workstream cadence meetings and close actions on time.
