Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate Spares supplier onboarding for L2C Integration Phase 4. You will align cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and maintain onboarding plans to protect go-live readiness and business continuity.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and disciplined project governance across multiple workstreams in a fast-moving transformation environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of PM experience in supply chain/ops and onboarding programs.
• Experience managing cross-functional workplans, RAID logs, and executive reporting.
• Matrixed global environment with multiple workstreams and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage integrated project plan for Spares onboarding across L2C Phase 4.
• Coordinate onboarding activities with suppliers, logistics providers, depots, and partners.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment across Supply Chain, IT, Finance, and Ops.
• Track readiness against process, data, finance, trading structure, and logistics requirements.
• Maintain onboarding status, milestones, risks, issues, decisions, and actions.
• Lead cadence meetings, document outcomes, assign owners, and close actions.
• Create onboarding playbooks, readiness checklists, and escalation trackers.
• Identify conflicts, risks, and readiness gaps impacting Phase 4 delivery.
• Escalate blockers with clear options and recommended steps.
• Coordinate with testing, UAT, cutover, and HyperCare for readiness.
