Job summary

ByteDance’s Lark Global team seeks a seasoned Solutions Engineer to shape go-to-market strategies and deliver hands-on demonstrations and PoCs for enterprise customers in Singapore. You will partner with Sales, Product, and Customers to align technical solutions with business outcomes, including regional localization and multi-market go-to-market efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of solution engineering or solution consulting or solution architect experience in SaaS organization.
• Hands-on experience with collaboration, workflow automation, or integration platforms (e.g., building demos, configuring integrations, or automating workflows for customers)
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English and Mandarin Chinese. This is a customer-facing role that requires pitching and presenting Lark solutions to prospects and supporting POCs; the majority of our target customers in the market are English and Chinese-speaking.
• Experience building and delivering Proofs of Concept (PoCs), including technical responses to RFIs/RFPs.
• Hands-on experience using AI products and applying them to solve real business or workflow problems.
• Self-motivated and able to adapt to rapidly evolving product, organization and market.
• Ability to travel as needed and to work flexible hours throughout the sales territory.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to drive complex deals involving multiple C-level stakeholders.
• Lead technical discovery and qualification to understand customers’ business objectives, pain points, and success criteria.
• Prepare and deliver value-based demonstrations and proofs of concept (PoCs), including hands‑on technical response to RFIs/RFPs, that show how Lark meets customer needs.
• Guide customers through the evaluation process to ensure the proposed solution meets their business objectives and technical requirements.
• Work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales, Partners, and Customer Success to accelerate customer acquisition through aligned campaigns and pipeline execution, and to support existing customers in achieving their transformation goals.
• Work closely with Product teams to share market insights and influence the product roadmap.
• Act as a trusted technology advisor to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
