Job summary

You will collaborate with marketing and enablement teams, monitor pipeline, and act as the main liaison for partner operations to ensure smooth, measurable results. This role requires fluent English and Chinese, travel as needed, and a startup mindset in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in channel partner management, business development, or sales in technology.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive business growth.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder influence.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment and able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese, with cross-regional collaboration experience.

Responsibilities

• Source, outreaching, and qualifying potential partners to build a robust pipeline.
• Collaborate with partners to create business plans aligned with Lark's strategy for mutual growth.
• Enablement and monitoring of partners' sales; work with enablement to assess progress and interventions.
• Develop and refine partner strategies in line with Lark's GTM approach and target audiences.
• Serve as main contact for partner operational matters and ensure smooth collaboration.
