Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Trade or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, shipping or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of shipping documentation, Incoterms and international trade processes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate import, export and offshore shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses and internal teams.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading and certificates of origin.
- Monitor shipments, maintain stock records and master data, and support operational reporting.
- Process internal workflows and assist with SOP updates, process transitions and improvement initiatives.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of trading and logistics activities.
