Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Book and coordinate import shipments to meet customer and regulatory requirements
• Prepare and handle shipping documentation and customs import permits accurately
• Liaise with operations teams, customers, and transporters to ensure timely cargo collection and delivery
• Communicate shipment status updates clearly to customers
• Enter and maintain accurate import shipment data in the system
• Scan, file, and organize shipment documents systematically
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries professionally
• Support ad-hoc administrative and logistics tasks as assigned
