Job summary

ACHIEVE CAREER CONSULTANT PTE LTD is hiring a Shipping Coordinator to support trading operations in a global context. The role involves coordinating import/export shipments, preparing trade documents, and assisting with inventory reporting and admin tasks.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in business/logistics, at least 1 year in logistics or shipping, and familiarity with Incoterms and trade processes. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, logistics, supply chain, trade or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of logistics/supply chain/shipping experience; internship counts.
• Fresh graduates may apply.
• Experience in chemical, bulk, or international trading environments is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of shipping docs, Incoterms and trade processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication, coordination and follow-up abilities; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import, export and offshore shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses and internal teams.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading and certificates of origin.
• Monitor shipments, maintain stock records and master data, and support operational reporting.
• Process internal workflows and assist with SOP updates, process transitions and improvement initiatives.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of trading and logistics activities.
