Job summary

JNC Line (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an Import/Export Documentation Specialist to manage documentation, processing and customer support for shipments. You will handle LC, bills of lading, invoicing, and pre-alerts while ensuring timely communication with clients, agents, and forwarders.

The ideal candidate has GCE N/O Level and preferably experience in logistics or freight forwarding. You will collaborate with teams and shipping partners to ensure smooth cargo status updates and handle ad-hoc

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N or O level.
• Able to work independently and as a team.
• Preferably with logistics/shipping/freight forwarding experience.

Responsibilities

• In Charge of Import/Export Documentation & Processing
• Shipping documentation (Import/ LC/ documentation/ Bill of Lading )
• Provide customer support for shipments and send Pre-alerts and invoicing. Provide after‑sales support and following up with client till the whole transaction is completed.
• Handling customer enquiries or complaints
• Send all necessary information and documentation to clients / agents / sea companies / forwarders / warehouse accurately and on a timely basis
• Liaise with agents and shipping companies on cargo status.
• Knowledge in LCL Cargo Consolidation.
• Other ad‑hoc duties if required
