• Coordinate booking, shipment scheduling, and documentation for export sea freight shipments to ensure timely and accurate processing
• Manage email correspondence with local and overseas customers, principals, and agents to facilitate clear and effective communication
• Organize and verify shipment documentation and operational tasks with attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness
