Qualifications

• Experience in shipping documentation or logistics.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of import/export and order processing.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process export shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Packing Lists, Invoices, Certificate of origin etc.)
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customer and suppliers
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and related paperwork
• Assist in resolving shipping-related issues
• Issuance of proforma invoices, internal calculation sheets, management reports
