Fleet Management Limited is seeking a General Manager - Business Development to lead growth efforts across Hong Kong, Singapore and beyond. Based in Hong Kong or Singapore, you will identify opportunities, build relationships with senior clients, and drive revenue in the ship management sector.

You will work with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to tailor sales strategies, manage the sales cycle, and ensure financial controls while sustaining long-term client partnerships.

Formación

• 7+ years in maritime business development or chartered broking with a proven track record of securing high-value contracts
• Experience across Tankers, Bulk and/or Container product lines
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration; Master’s degree advantageous

Responsabilidades

• Grow revenue and market share by identifying and capturing new business opportunities.
• Lead proposal efforts with focus on customer requirements and price-to-win.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with senior clients and industry stakeholders.
• Localize sales cycle policies and ensure alignment with commercial strategy.
• Drive improvements within the department and manage budgets, tenders and operations.
• Coordinate with Legal/Insurance and other departments to fulfill client needs
