Job summary

ST Engineering seeks an experienced Global SuccessFactors Project and Functional Lead to drive a strategic global SAP SuccessFactors transformation. The role blends project leadership with hands-on module experience to harmonize HR systems across geographies.

Reporting to HR Technology, you will partner with HR, IT, and external partners to manage strategy, deployment, and stabilization of a multi-module implementation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience leading large-scale HR technology transformations.
• Proven track record delivering global SAP SuccessFactors implementations across regions.
• Hands-on experience with multiple SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of the global SAP SuccessFactors project.
• Consolidate HRIS platforms into a single global SuccessFactors landscape.
• Define scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and governance structures.
• Ensure alignment with transformation roadmap and executive reporting.
• Coordinate HR, IT, Finance, and external partners across regions.
• Drive change management and stakeholder engagement for global adoption.
