K2 Partnering Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors & HCM Lead / Senior Manager to steer enterprise HR digital transformations. You will bridge global HR strategy with technical delivery, guiding cross-functional teams across international markets.
You will oversee end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM implementations, upgrades, and ongoing support, acting as SME to C-suite and HR leaders while driving global delivery excellence.
Competenze
- 15 to 18+ years of SAP HR/SuccessFactors consulting, leadership, and delivery experience.
- Proven track record leading large cross-border teams in a global delivery model.
- Experience applying Agile, Scrum, and SAFe to deployments and migrations.
- Strong data migration, mapping, and conversion experience across legacy HR platforms.
Mansioni
- Lead end-to-end global implementations, upgrades, and support for SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.
- Define operating models, workshops, gap analyses, and configuration solutions for global needs.
- Oversee rollout activities, testing strategies, communications, and change management.
- Act as SME and strategic advisor to executives and HR leaders.
- Manage offshore and onshore teams, allocate resources, mitigate risks, and ensure QA.
