G2 Comtech Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a SuccessFactors Integration & Reporting Lead to drive design and delivery of integration and reporting solutions across a complex, global enterprise with multiple business clusters and legal entities.

The role will lead all aspects of system integration, data flows, and reporting architecture across SAP SuccessFactors instances, legacy HR tools, and connected systems, ensuring accurate data exchange and actionable insights for business decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors integrations and reporting experience.
• Experience leading multi‑instance global deployments.
• Strong knowledge of integration middleware and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the integration strategy and architecture.
• Lead design, build, testing, and deployment of SF integrations.
• Establish data flows, reconciliation, and monitoring.
• Oversee cross‑instance reporting and dashboards.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance to align business value.
