Job summary

ST Engineering seeks an experienced Global SuccessFactors Project and Functional Lead to drive a strategic global SAP SuccessFactors transformation programme. You will manage a multi-region HRIS consolidation, partner with HR/IT leaders, and oversee engagements with vendors and system integrators.

The role requires hands-on SuccessFactors expertise across multiple modules, strong stakeholder management, and a focus on data analytics to deliver business value across geographies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience leading large-scale HR technology or enterprise transformation projects.
• Proven track record leading global SAP SuccessFactors implementation, rollout, enhancement, or support projects.
• Hands-on experience implementing and/or supporting multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning).
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across HR, IT, business stakeholders, vendors, and external partners.
• Experience managing budgets, governance, risks, issues, and executive steering committees.
• Experience in HRIS transformation, system consolidation, process harmonization, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of the global SAP SuccessFactors project.
• Drive consolidation of HRIS platforms into a single global SuccessFactors landscape.
• Define and manage scope, timelines, budgets, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and governance.
• Ensure alignment with business objectives and transformation roadmap.
• Establish governance structures with steering committees and executive reporting.
• Coordinate activities across HR, IT, Finance, Procurement, Security, Legal, and external partners.
