G2 COMTECH ASIA PTE. LTD. seeks a SuccessFactors Integration & Reporting Lead to design and deliver integration and reporting solutions across a global enterprise with multiple SAP SF instances and legacy HR tools.

The role covers end-to-end integration architecture, data flows, monitoring, and governance, plus cross-instance reporting and data consolidation. Strong leadership and SME capabilities are required to drive value, standardize data, and enable advanced analytics.

Qualifications

8+ years with SAP SuccessFactors integrations and reporting.
Experience as Integration or Reporting Lead in multi-instance global environments.
Deep knowledge of SuccessFactors data structures across modules (Employee Central, Compensation, Recruiting, LMS, Performance & Goals, etc.).
Ability to interpret MDF object structures and integration event triggers.

Responsibilities

Define and own the integration strategy and architecture across SuccessFactors instances and connected systems.
Lead the design and delivery of integrations across SuccessFactors modules, non-SAP systems, and legacy tools.
Define and manage interface specifications, data mappings, and transformation logic.
Oversee integration build, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.
Define the reporting strategy and architecture; deliver HR reports and analytics.
Enable cross-instance reporting and data consolidation across SF instances.
