Job summary

Accenture is seeking a SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay Lead to design, configure, and deliver SF Compensation and Variable Pay across a global enterprise. You will harmonize multi-instance solutions, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with HR, Finance, and IT to drive value.

You will mentor a team of consultants, translate complex rules into configurations, and lead end-to-end compensation programs including salary planning and incentives across regions.

Qualifications

• SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay certification are required.
• Working knowledge of PMGM and payroll integration principles.
• Experience with global pay structures, multi-currency compensation, and cross-border compliance.
• Exposure to Total Rewards strategy, executive compensation, or incentive plan design.
• Experience in highly regulated or complex global industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules across multiple instances.
• Drive harmonization of compensation plans, guidelines, and eligibility rules across clusters.
• Design and deliver variable pay programs including bonuses and incentives.
• Define integration requirements with Employee Central, Performance Management, and Payroll.
• Ensure compliance, governance and reporting for compensation analytics.
• Partner with HR, Total Rewards, Finance and IT; mentor a team of consultants.
• Align solution design with business outcomes and establish KPIs.
