ACCENTURE PTE LTD is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding Lead to drive end-to-end implementation programs for enterprise clients. You will lead project teams in designing, configuring, and deploying scalable talent acquisition and onboarding solutions that align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with delivery in Recruiting and Onboarding.
• Experience leading end-to-end implementation projects in a client-facing role.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, especially talent acquisition and onboarding lifecycle.

Responsabilités

• Lead full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding implementations from requirements to go-live.
• Manage project delivery including timelines, scope, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Partner with client stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Oversee configuration, testing, integration, and data migration for Recruiting and Onboarding.
• Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and best practices.
• Lead and mentor functional consultants, ensuring high-quality deliverables and team development.
• Drive workshops, design sessions, and user training to support solution adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across HR, IT, and integration workstreams.
