Accenture is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding Lead to drive end-to-end implementation programs for enterprise clients. You will lead project teams in designing, configuring, and deploying scalable talent acquisition and onboarding solutions, delivering measurable value.

You will oversee full lifecycle deployments, manage stakeholders, mentor consultants, and collaborate across HR, IT, and integration workstreams to ensure successful adoption and business impact.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in IS/HR/Business or related field.
• Experience leading end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding implementations.
• Strong client-facing delivery and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding implementations from requirements to go-live and hypercare.
• Manage project delivery including timelines, scope, risk and stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions with client stakeholders.
• Oversee configuration, testing, integration, and data migration for Recruiting/Onboarding.
• Ensure governance, quality standards, and best practices are followed.
• Mentor functional consultants and drive team development.
• Lead workshops and user training to support adoption.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and integration workstreams across the program.
