Abeam Consulting (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant to partner with clients, HR teams, and technical stakeholders on compensation solutions. You will gather requirements, design and implement, and maintain Compensation and Variable Pay modules.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Compensation experience, a related certification, and a willingness to extend expertise to additional SuccessFactors modules within a consulting

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/Business/HR is required.
At least 5 years hands-on experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
SAP SuccessFactors Certification in Compensation or related module is required.
Experience in pre-sales demonstrations and proposal support is a plus.
Willingness to learn and deliver additional SuccessFactors modules.

Responsibilities

Serve as an SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant, partnering with clients and HR teams.
Gather and analyze requirements, design solutions, support implementation and testing.
Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules.
Customize templates, budgets, eligibility rules, and worksheets.
Support SAP HCM and SuccessFactors integrations for seamless data flow.
Conduct testing, UAT support, and user training; prepare documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and new capabilities.
Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors releases and best practices.
Work across Agile project delivery, support, and enhancement initiatives.
